The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, design and implement robust automation test frameworks and test suits to ensure the quality and reliability of our enterprise applications.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement scalable test automation frameworks for web, SasS, and API testing.\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Tricentis - TOSCA, UIPath Test Manager or similar.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.\nCollaborate with developers, BSAs and System Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.\nPerform code reviews and mentor junior QA engineers in automation best practices.\nAnalyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with development teams to resolve issues.\nContinuously improve test coverage, test reliability, and test execution time.\nConduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on testing platforms and best practices.\nStay updated with the latest platform features and industry trends to continuously improve test automation strategies.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nMinimum 7 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.\nHands-on experience with test automation tools like TOSCA, Test Manager, Postman, RestAssured, etc.\nStrong understanding of Test automation, RPA concepts, tools, and lifecycle.\nProficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components a plus.\nFamiliarity with process analysis, business workflows, and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to articulate and document technical concepts.\nExcellent troubleshooting, debugging and technical support skills and the ability to quickly identify the root cause of application issues.\nExcellent understanding of SaaS development processes and methodologies.\nKnowledge of SSO and security protocols required for cloud solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to organize information and processes in a logical and efficient manner.\nWrite and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills required.\nExpected to ramp up to new technical skills and products and execute prototypes rapidly.\nPreferred Skills:\nUiPath Advanced Developer Certification.\nTricentis TOSCA certifications\nExperience with AI/ML integration in RPA workflows.\nExposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nAll official communication regarding employment opportunities at Dolby will come from an official dolby.com email address.
