It is also present in the segments of Lifestyle and furnishing collaborations.\nJob Description\nThe selected candidate will join the ICT Division as ICT Application Analyst, reporting directly to the ICT Management Team.\nThe role is responsible for ensuring the functional and technical governance of the Stealth ERP platform, supporting business stakeholders in the analysis, maintenance, enhancement and evolution of application solutions. The position acts as a key liaison between business functions, developers and external vendors, ensuring application reliability, service continuity and alignment with business requirements.\nMain Activities and Responsibilities\nCollect, analyze and prioritize support, maintenance and enhancement requests related to the Stealth ERP system, ensuring alignment with business priorities;\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform functional analyses and translate business needs into technical specifications, assessing impacts on applications, databases and integrations;\nAct as a subject matter expert for the Stealth ERP platform, maintaining knowledge of the data model, business processes and application architecture;\nCoordinate internal and external development activities, monitoring priorities, timelines, quality standards and compliance with business requirements;\nDefine acceptance criteria, support testing activities and coordinate application releases, ensuring proper risk assessment and deployment governance;\nManage application maintenance activities, incident resolution and user authorization processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit requirements; Maintain functional, technical and operational documentation, ensuring traceability, knowledge sharing and process continuity;\nCollaborate with infrastructure teams, vendors and business stakeholders on platform evolution, system upgrades and integration initiatives involving APIs and connected applications.\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields;\n3-5 years of experience in technical-functional analysis, ERP application management, support and enhancement activities;\nGood knowledge of IBM i environments, including DB2 for i, SQL and core platform concepts;\nAbility to understand RPG/RPG ILE and CL code and translate business requirements into technical specifications;\nExperience coordinating external vendors and development partners throughout the application lifecycle;\nKnowledge of Stealth ERP, IBM i (AS/400) environments and related application ecosystems is considered a strong plus;\nFamiliarity with integrations, APIs, data exchange processes and application release management;\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nWork Location: Legnano, Via XX Settembre 123 - full onsite\nContract Type: Permanent Contract\nWorking Hours: Full-time\nApplicable National Collective Labor Agreement: Tessile, Abbigliamento, Moda\nSalary: Remuneration will start from €38.000 gross annual salary, depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors;
