It is also present in the segments of Lifestyle and furnishing collaborations.\nJob Description\nThe selected candidate will join the Group Financial Office - Planning & Control Division and will support the controlling activities working closely with both finance and business stakeholders.\nThe intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in management control processes, financial planning and business performance analysis, while supporting the team in day-to-day controlling activities.\nMain Activities and Responsibilities\nSupport the preparation of monthly management closing activities and related reporting;\nAssist in the development of budgets and forecasts, collecting and consolidating financial information;\nSupport variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast figures;\nCollaborate with Accounting and business functions in monitoring operating costs and expenditures;\nAssist in the preparation of management reports, presentations and business reviews;\nSupport the analysis of financial and operational KPIs to monitor business performance;\nContribute to cost analysis activities and the identification of potential efficiency opportunities;\nParticipate in ad hoc analyses and projects related to the business perimeter.\nRequirements\nDegree (completed or currently pursuing) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields;\nStrong interest in Controlling, Finance and Business Analysis;\nGood knowledge of accounting and financial principles;\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;\nKnowledge of SAP and/or Tagetik is considered a plus;\nFluent English, both written and spoken;\nStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;\nProactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.\nWork Location: Milan, Corso Concordia 7 -
