It is also present in the segments of Lifestyle and furnishing collaborations.\nJob Description\nThe IT E-Commerce Back End Process Analyst will join the IT team with the objective of ensuring functional ownership of the back-end components of the eCommerce platform.\nThe role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct management of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS.\nThe role supports the evolution of the user experience and the proper functioning of back-end flows, working in coordination with development partners and contributing to the continuous improvement of platform performance in line with business needs and end-customer expectations.\nThe position is responsible to ensure stability of the eCommerce platform’s back-end systems. In particular, it oversees end-to-end processes related to checkout, payments, taxation, and fraud prevention, ensuring proper integration between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and core systems (e.g. Adyen, Avalara, Riskified, Identity & Social Login).\nMain Activities and Responsibilities\nManage back-end processes and integrations related to checkout, payments, tax, and fraud.\nEnsure proper armonization between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and external systems.\nMonitor performance, stability, and reliability of back-end flows.\nIdentify anomalies and support corrective and evolutionary actions.\nSupport the manager in coordinating vendors and technology partners involved in back-end systems.\nEnsure integration standards, solution quality, and delivery priorities.\nSupport application evolution in line with business needs, regulatory requirements, and customer experience.\nCollaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Digital teams.\nKey Requirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Marketing, Management, Economics, or equivalent.\nFluent in English language.\n1-3 years of experience in e-commerce development or in fast-paced, performance-driven retail environments.\nExperience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud back-end and Order Management Systems (OMS).\nKnowledge of payment and fraud prevention systems (preferably Riskified).\nFunctional understanding of APIs and system integrations.\nWork Location: Milano, Corso Concordia, 7 - Full on-site\nContract Type: Permanent Contract\nWorking Hours: Full-time\nApplicable National Collective Labor Agreement: Tessile, Abbigliamento, Moda\nSalary: Remuneration will start from €35.000 gross annual salary, depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors;
