Our next challenge is to go further.\nWe want to create a seamless experience from the moment someone clicks on an ad to the moment they are contacted by one of our clients’ call centers: clearer next steps, better follow-up, smarter interactions and, eventually, new experiences powered by AI.\nTo help us build this, we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong interest in user experience, product thinking and experimentation.\nThis is not a role where Engineering receives a finished roadmap and simply executes it. You will help shape the problems we solve, challenge the solutions and measure whether what we build actually moves the needle.\nYour team\nYou will join our Perfect User Journey squad, managed by Ioanna, the team’s Engineering Lead.\nThe squad currently includes:\none Squad Lead\n\none Front-End Engineer;\n\none Full-Stack Engineer;\n\nBut you'll also talk to Product, Data and Architecture\n\nYou will become the third Engineer in the team and work closely with all of them to design, build and improve our user journeys.\nThe squad is deliberately small and cross-functional. Product, Engineering and Business work closely together, with short decision loops and a shared focus on measurable outcomes.\nWhat you will do\nBuild product features end-to-end\nYou will design and develop features across the stack, from React interfaces to the Python services supporting them.\nWhile the role requires strong front-end expertise, you should also be comfortable taking ownership of the back-end components needed to deliver a complete feature.\nImprove high-impact user journeys\nOur landing pages are currently the main product area for the squad.\nYou will work on their architecture, performance and user experience, while helping us progressively extend the journey beyond the initial conversion.\nThe longer-term ambition is to connect the online experience with what happens afterwards: qualification, follow-up and interactions with call centers.\nExperiment, measure and scale\nWe do not build features based on intuition alone.\nYou will work with Product and Business to turn ideas into testable hypotheses, launch experiments and analyse their impact using data.\nOur approach is simple: PoC and Scale. Test quickly, measure honestly and invest further when the results justify it.\nYour impact will primarily be assessed through:\nconversion;\n\nrevenue;\n\nproduct and technical quality.\n\nContribute to technical decisions\nOur stack may evolve over the coming years.\nYou will contribute to architectural discussions, challenge existing choices when relevant and help the team decide where technical investment will create the most value.\nWe are opinionated, but not emotionally attached to our solutions. A good argument, supported by evidence, can change the direction.\nWork closely with the business\nOur Engineers are not isolated from the rest of the company.\nYou will need to understand the users behind the numbers, the business model and the operational constraints of our clients.\nThe role requires someone who can connect technical decisions with customer experience and commercial outcomes.\nWhat we are looking for\nYou have significant experience in software engineering, ideally 8 years or more.\n\nYou have built and scaled web products in a product-led environment.\n\nYou have strong experience with React and TypeScript or JavaScript.\n\nYou understand web performance, front-end architecture and the details that shape a good user experience.\n\nYou are autonomous enough on the back end to build complete features using Python and APIs.\n\nYou are comfortable working with data, running experiments and measuring their impact.\n\nYou think in terms of users and business outcomes, not only technical implementation.\n\nYou know when a problem requires a robust long-term solution and when an effective 80/20 approach is more appropriate.\n\nYou enjoy working in a small, multidisciplinary team where Engineers participate in decisions.\n\nYou communicate clearly and keep the people around you informed.\n\nYou are fluent in French and English.\n\nNice to have\nAny of the following would be useful, but none is mandatory:\nexperience in a recognised product company or scale-up;\n\nexperience working on high-traffic B2C journeys, landing pages or mobile products;\n\nexposure to growth, marketing, conversion or acquisition topics;\n\nexperience with voice AI, telephony or call-center products;\n\nexperience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code;\n\nan entrepreneurial background or experience in an early-stage environment.\n\nOur stack\nFrontend\nReact\n\nTypeScript and JavaScript\n\nGatsby\n\nBackend\nPython\n\nFlask\n\nMicroservices\n\nData and storage\nMongoDB\n\nRedis\n\nMySQL\n\nDynamoDB\n\nLooker\n\nInfrastructure and delivery\nAWS\n\nCircleCI\n\nAI-assisted development\nClaude Code\n\nYou do not need to have worked with every part of the stack already.
