the moment someone clicks on an ad to the moment they are contacted by one of our clients’ call centers.\nTo help us build this, we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong front-end expertise and a real sensitivity to UX, product and experimentation.\nThis is not a role where Engineering receives detailed specifications and simply executes them.\nYou will work closely with Product and Business to understand user problems, challenge existing journeys, propose solutions, test them and measure their impact.\nYour team\nYou will join our Perfect User Journey squad, led by Ioanna, our Engineering Team Lead.\nThe squad currently includes:\nOne Front-End Engineer\n\nOne Full-Stack Engineer\n\nJulie, who leads Product for the squad\n\nYou will become the third Engineer in the team.\nThe squad is small and cross-functional, with short decision loops and close collaboration between Engineering, Product and Business.\nYour missions\nBuild features end-to-end\nYou will design and develop features across the stack, from React interfaces to the Python services supporting them.\nThe role is clearly front-heavy, but we expect you to be autonomous enough on the back end to deliver complete features end-to-end.\nYou will also contribute to technical decisions and help the team make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality and long-term maintainability.\nImprove high-impact user journeys\nOur landing pages are currently the main product area for the squad.\nYou will work on their architecture, performance and user experience, while progressively extending the journey beyond the initial conversion: qualification, follow-up and interactions with call centers.\nWe are looking for someone who can spot friction, challenge existing flows and propose simpler experiences without waiting for detailed designs.\nA large part of our traffic is mobile web, so responsive behaviour and usability on smaller screens are particularly important.\nExperiment, test and measure\nOur approach is simple: PoC and Scale.\nYou will turn ideas into hypotheses, build prototypes, instrument user interactions and test whether those ideas actually improve the experience.\nYou do not need to come from a formal CRO or experimentation background, but you should be comfortable using data to validate decisions and iterate quickly.\nYour impact will mainly be measured through:\nConversion\n\nRevenue\n\nReliability and quality of critical user journeys\n\nUX improvements and validated learning\n\nWork closely with Product and Business\nYou will work directly with Product and Business to understand user behaviour, business constraints and priorities.\nWe expect you to actively contribute to the discussion, challenge assumptions and occasionally take the lead on specific problems or initiatives.\nYour profile\n8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in product-led environments\n\nStrong expertise in React and TypeScript / JavaScript\n\nProven experience building and scaling user-facing web products\n\nSolid understanding of web performance, front-end architecture and responsive experiences\n\nStrong UX sensitivity, with the ability to identify friction, challenge existing journeys and propose improvements without detailed designs\n\nEnough back-end autonomy to build and deliver complete features end-to-end\n\nComfortable working with APIs and backend services; Python experience is highly valued\n\nA data-driven and experimental mindset, using evidence to validate decisions rather than relying solely on intuition\n\nProactive and comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to move forward without detailed specifications\n\nStrong product and business awareness, with an interest in outcomes beyond technical implementation\n\nA pragmatic approach to engineering: knowing when to build for the long term and when an effective 80/20 solution is enough\n\nComfortable working in a small, multidisciplinary team where Engineers actively contribute to product decisions\n\nClear and reliable communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nFluent French and English\n\nWe care more about what scale-up\n\nExperience working on high-traffic B2C journeys, landing pages or mobile web products\n\nHands-on experience with A/B testing, product analytics, CRO or usability testing\n\nExposure to growth, marketing, conversion or acquisition\n\nExperience with voice AI, telephony or call-center products\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code\n\nAn entrepreneurial
