Join the Club.\nROLE SUMMARY:\nWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics to serve as a strategic leader driving our data-driven growth and digital experimentation. Reporting to the VP, Engineering, you will work closely with business partners in CRM, acquisition, and digital product to translate business questions into high impact analyses, and leverage those findings to iterate on and enhance our underlying data models and reports in order to continually shorten the time to data-driven decisions. You’ll leverage expert-level SQL skills to pull and manipulate the best data for the task at hand, crafting compelling narratives to present to senior executives and foster better discussions and decision-making. You’ll draw on web analytics experience to guide digital product reporting and analysis, and oversee A/B testing programs that optimize the customer journey.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPartner with digital product, CRM, acquisition, and engineering to set up, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests\nWork to continually enhance our Google Analytics implementation, improving our understanding of the onsite customer experience\nAd hoc deep dive analyses to better understand the root of conversion trends and find opportunities for optimization\nPresent complex findings in clear, concise, and engaging ways that inspire confident action\nManage and mentor one direct report, helping them grow in technical, analytical, and communication skills\nCollaborate with business partners across CRM, acquisition, and digital product to focus on developing metrics that support key strategic priorities and allow for continuous improvement\nInvestigate and resolve data integrity issues across platforms to ensure analytical accuracy and reliability\nDevelop and QA data pipelines and dashboards in Tableau that surface actionable insights for product, growth, and leadership teams\nREQUIREMENTS:\n8+ years of experience in analytics, including at least 1 year managing or mentoring analysts\nStrong SQL skills in Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery, with an eye towards efficient, readable, and optimized queries\nProven track record of making data-driven recommendations that lead to measurable impact\nProficient in Tableau with the ability to build self-serve dashboards and executive-ready visual narratives\nExperience supporting A/B testing and experimentation at scale\nExcellent communicator who can simplify complex data and influence decision-makers\nCollaborative, personable, and curious, with a mix of technical skill and business acumen\nDetail-oriented and determined to see projects through from start to finish\nStrong attention to detail and ability to deliver executive-ready visualizations and presentations\nStrong working knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools\nDemonstrated experience defining, tracking, and interpreting product KPIs and success metrics\nStrong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences\nFamiliarity with dbt and Github a plus\nPOSITION TYPE:\nThis is a full-time exempt position.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nThis position is in-office, working out of our HQ in Durham, North Carolina 4x a week.\nSALARY:\n$165,000-$180,000 + Bonus\nBENEFITS:\nComprehensive benefit plans with low premium options, including medical, dental and vision coverage, along with supplemental coverage options\nFree life insurance, short term disability and long term disability\n401(k) plan with a company match of 100% of the first 2%, and 50% of up to an additional 4% with no vesting period\nUnlimited vacation and generous sick time\nHalf day Fridays year-round (subject to business needs)\n12 weeks of fully paid parental leave\n4 weeks of fully paid disability leave\nFree Dollar Shave Club Products\nMonthly cell phone stipend\nAPPLICATION PROCESS:\nAll applications must be submitted via our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse, in order to be considered.
