At Dolphin, we create bold and innovative campaigns for brands like L'Oréal Paris, Kiehl's, Maybelline, Maybank, AEON Bank, Ali Cafe, Royal Canin, and more.\n\nYou’ll handle everything from receiving the brief, planning and pre-production, to shoot management, client feedback, and final delivery — while staying on top of social media trends and creating content that connects with audiences.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTake client briefs and translate them into clear content plans and next steps.\n\nPlan and manage social content projects from start to finish.\n\nHandle pre-production including shot lists, schedules, call sheets, products, props, talent/KOLs, locations and shoot requirements.\n\nManage shoots and coordinate the team on shoot day.\n\nManage clients directly on briefs, feedback, approvals and timelines.\n\nOrganise and coordinate content creators, editors, designers and other team members involved in the project.\n\nBuild and manage project timelines across multiple content jobs.\n\nUnderstand dependencies — if one deadline or approval changes, immediately identify what else will be affected and revise the timeline accordingly.\n\nFollow up closely with both internal teams and clients to keep projects moving.\n\nReview work before client submission and have a strong eye for details, including copy, supers, products, claims, formats, ratios and deliverables.\n\nFlag potential issues early and come back with solutions, not just problems.\n\nRequirements\nWe Are Looking For :\n\nVery organised and strong in project management.\n\nExtremely good with timelines and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nAble to connect the dots and think ahead.\n\nDetail-oriented and able to catch things others may miss.\n\nProactive and does not need constant follow-up.\n\nStrong problem solver.\n\nComfortable managing clients.\n\nAble to manage and coordinate different personalities within a creative/content team.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment.\n\nUnderstands social-first content, particularly TikTok, Instagram and Reels.\n\nHas experience managing content shoots and production.\n\nDoes not function purely as a coordinator or messenger — we need someone who can think, plan and take ownership.\n\nMost important requirement:\n\nWe need someone with strong consequence thinking.
