Eight years in and expanding.\nWe are hiring a Systems Analyst / Technical Writer to join our Singapore team and work directly with experienced colleagues and the founders. You will be part of our integrated team, working alongside developers through the full development cycle. Your job is to understand how the platform works and explain it clearly to the people who use it.\nOur users are frontline workers and site leaders at mining, energy and heavy industry sites. Many work in remote locations with poor connectivity, and the app works offline. They are not office workers. Documentation and training need to be short, clear and practical. Most workflows in our app are configured through our in-house form engine, so you will learn the platform in depth.\nWhat you will do\nAnalyse user requests, troubleshoot issues and write them up clearly so the development team can resolve them quickly\nWrite and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles and release notes\nCreate training material, presentations, diagrams and short video tutorials\nPeer test new content and features as they are built\nRun release testing across devices before each release goes live\nWork with the development team to understand new features and workflows before they ship\nContribute to product design discussions with a focus on usability for frontline users\nHelp translate app content and documentation\nWhat we are looking for\n3+ years writing product documentation, technical guides or training material\nExperience analysing and documenting how software systems and workflows work\nExcellent written and spoken English. Clear, simple writing is the core of this role\nMandarin, French or Mongolian is a strong plus. You will use it to support users and help translate app content\nAble to explain complex concepts simply\nAble to create diagrams and short video tutorials\nComfortable with web and mobile apps across iOS, Android and desktop browsers\nAttention to detail\nYou use AI tools to work faster, not to think for you. We use Claude Enterprise. Every guide, release note and reply you publish must be accurate and checked by you\nNice to have\nExperience with software testing or QA\nExperience in SaaS, safety tech or B2B product environments\nExperience with Jira, Confluence or a similar tool\nExperience in safety, mining or industrial environments\nHow we work\nOur team is located at Robinson Road in the city. You will be part of a cross-functional team with a flat structure and shared responsibility for the app. We work hybrid: three fixed office days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) and two from home. Fixed days mean you’re in the office when your team is, so you learn faster and have the support needed to contribute to the solution.\nOur hiring process\nShortlisted candidates will meet our team for an interview.
