We're building a demand engine to match, and growth marketing is how we find and scale the levers that make it work.\nThis is a hands-on builder role. You'll run experiments across the website, paid channels, and the full funnel, from first visit to qualified opportunity, and double down on what works. You'll prove impact in conversion rates, efficient acquisition, and pipeline, not vanity metrics.\nYou'll report to the Director of Demand Generation and partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and RevOps. If you want to own real numbers at a company that's genuinely in motion, this is your role.\nWhat You'll Own\nExperimentation and Funnel Growth\nGrowth experiment roadmap: Generate, prioritize, and run tests across the funnel, from first visit to qualified opportunity, and share learnings with the team.\nFree-to-paid and expansion: Build lifecycle and nurture programs that move free users, trial users, and existing customers toward purchase and expansion.\nWebsite, Digital, and Search\nWebsite as a conversion engine: Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys; run A/B and multivariate tests to lift conversion rates.\nPaid acquisition: Manage and optimize paid search, paid social (especially LinkedIn), and retargeting to lower cost per opportunity.\nOrganic growth: Partner with Content on SEO strategy, keyword targeting, and technical SEO fixes that grow high-intent traffic.\nAI and MarTech, With Discipline\nAI-assisted workflows: Build AI-assisted and agentic workflows for personalization, content variants, and experiment velocity.\nAnalytics and Cross-Functional Partnership\nMeasure everything: Own funnel analytics and dashboards with RevOps, improve attribution, and turn data into clear recommendations.\nPartner across GTM: Work with Product Marketing on positioning tests, Product on in-app growth loops, and Sales on lead quality.\nRequirements\nMust-haves:\n4-7 years of B2B growth, performance, or demand generation marketing, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity\nA track record of experiments that measurably improved conversion, acquisition cost, or pipeline\nHands-on experience with paid search and paid social, including budget management and bid optimization\nWebsite and CRO experience: landing page testing, analytics setup, and tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, or similar\nWorking knowledge of SEO fundamentals\nHands-on Marketo experience: building programs, smart campaigns, lead scoring, nurture flows, and reporting, plus working fluency with Salesforce\nStrong analytical skills: you can build funnel reports, read attribution, and size an opportunity\nClear writing and the ability to test messaging with a technical audience\nStrong plus:\nProduct-led growth experience: free tiers, trials, or self-serve funnels\nFamiliarity with threat intelligence, SecOps, or the security analyst workflow\nSQL or experience working directly with product usage data\nExperience with ABM or intent data platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)\nExperience building AI-assisted or agentic marketing workflows\nCompensation: $90K - $125K base salary, plus a 10% annual bonus\nBenefits\nDomainTools is the global leader for Internet intelligence and the first place security practitioners go when they need to know.
