This multifaceted role seeks a Financial Data Analystprofessional, being capable of analyzing financial performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and turn data from reliable, validated sources into clear insights that support decision-making in a fast-paced hospitality environment.\nSome of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:\nAnalyze historical and current financial and operational data to understand the company's financial position.\nCollect, validate, and consolidate data from trustworthy internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.\nPrepare data for reporting and communicate results in various formats (tables, charts, key performance indicators -KPIs- and optionally dashboards).\nPrepare financial performance reports tailored to the needs of leadership.\nMaintain and extend existing forecasting models (revenue, occupancy, etc.), help automate recurring analysis.\nTrack performance trends and prepare executive summaries.\nReview reporting processes and data flows for gaps, errors or manual steps, and propose improvements.\nRequirements\nAbilities/Key Competencies/Skills to support you in your role:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as lateral thinking.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nOrganization & prioritizing skills.\nExperience, certificates, and education:\n1 - 3 years of relevant experience.\nBachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or STEM.\nPreferable with basic knowledge of applied accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP).\nStrong finance, analytical and accounting skills.\nHands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Metabase) will be considered a plus.\nSolid Excel skills;
