The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s systems, equipment, and technological tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, incident resolution, and basic administration of Microsoft environments.\nSome of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:\nProvide first-level technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.\nManage, log, and track IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.\nInstall, configure, and maintain corporate IT equipment, systems, and applications.\nAdminister and support the Microsoft 365 (O365) environment.\nManage user identities, access permissions, and endpoint devices.\nMonitor endpoint compliance through Intune/MDM dashboards.\nPerform routine infrastructure maintenance and ensure timely security patching across managed devices.\nMonitor patch compliance and support the implementation of IT security policies.\nMaintain accurate IT documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure system reliability and uninterrupted business operations.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience:\n1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, IT administration, or a similar position.\nDegree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nExperience supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments.\nFamiliarity with device configuration, endpoint compliance, software updates, and security patching.\nKnowledge of IT ticketing systems and technical documentation practices.\nRelevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications, will be considered an advantage.\nTechnical Skills & Competencies:\nGood knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and standard business applications.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.\nBasic understanding of networking principles, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.\nFamiliarity with endpoint management tools, such as Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions.\nUnderstanding of user account management, access permissions, and IT security best practices.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support.\nEffective organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.\nAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.\nBenefits\nWhat you will offer:\nCompetitive remuneration package\nVarious and diverse opportunities within the Group\nFeeling safe and secure within a fast-paced organization\nSpace for Personal Growth and Development of your skills\nDomes Resorts is an equal opportunity Employer.
