If you're organized, efficient, and ready to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you!\nSafely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Cahokia area\nPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers\nMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions\nProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and courtesy\nInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly\nSafely load, unload, and handle packages with care to prevent damage and ensure product quality\nFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record\nCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback\nMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our professional standards\nBuild positive relationships with customers and represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm\n Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license\nMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards\nAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes\nMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check\nStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries\nProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset\nPhysical ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages up to 50 pounds regularly\nDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic\nPositive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction\nAbility to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication and feedback\nPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience\nPreferred: Knowledge of the Cahokia area and surrounding neighborhoods\nMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
