Delivery Driver - 901 W MORTON AVE

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Jacksonville location (901 W Morton Ave). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Jacksonville
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safety
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
