Delivery Driver - 9620 Olive Blvd

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Olivette location (9620 Olive Blvd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is handled with professionalism and care. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concerns
• Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are in safe, working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies to maintain a safe driving record
• Load and unload delivery items carefully, ensuring products are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing our organization
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history (if 18 years old); minimum 1 year of driving history (if 19 years or older)
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery use
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company-specific safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology for route planning
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and load packages safely (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong commitment to attendance
• Knowledge of traffic laws, road safety practices, and defensive driving techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and varying shift schedules as needed
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to work collaboratively with team members
