Team Members are required to rotate to various positions (dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker) throughout the shift.\nThe Production team member also cleans and sanitizes production equipment and area, and cleans and maintains the building/facility. The Team Member assists in production and warehouse as needed. This Team Member is expected to work in a safe manner at all times.\nSCHEDULE: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5am - 3:30pm\nPay: $20.50/hr\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\n(8%) Performs batch setup and mixing of dough production process\nSet up production area prior to making dough\n\nSanitize line prior to production, calibrate scale and thermometer\n\nDetermine correct batch recipe -gather, measure and mix ingredients\n\nEnsure dough is delivered into rounder\n\nRecord batch data and maintain proofing library\n\nAchieve and maintain dough certification\n\n(8%) Remove dough balls from rounder conveyor belt, and place into dough tray\nLift and place dough balls into tray using placing template\n\nPerform weight check of dough balls for quality control - approximately once per batch\n\n(8%) Stacks filled dough trays and prepares for shipment\nRemove trays from conveyor belt as they enter cooler, and stack onto dolly alternating direction of the trays\n\nPush or pull dough tray as dough temperature reaches target level\n\nDown stack trays as dough temperature reaches target level\n\nRotate down stacked trays in cooler\n\n(12%) Pre-soak and scrape\nTransport returned dough trays to waste site and manually scrap trays free of dough\n\nManually pre-soak trays to aid in the removal of dried dough during tray washing\n\nScrape off coloured dough tags on ends of used trays\n\nTransport used trays to washing area to be cleaned\n\n(8%) Load tray washer by placing soiled trays into tray wash machine\nMonitor gauges and settings to insure water pressure, water temperature and detergent levels consistently meet company standards determined to thoroughly clean and sanitize tray\n\nFeed trays through at an acceptable pace to match the dough production and placing area\n\n(20%) Disassemble, clean and sanitize production equipment\nClean and sanitize divider, mixer, mixing bowl, rounder and belts\n\nClean tray washer as specified by company guidelines\n\nKeep maintenance and sanitation logs\n\n(5%) Reassemble production equipment\nReassemble divider and hoses\n\n(27%) Performs general cleaning tasks in production area\nClean silo bin\n\nEnsure production floor is swept and walls are cleaned\n\nEmpty all dough waste containers\n\n(4%) Other duties as assigned\nAssist in production and warehouse as needed - tray wash, dough placer, dough maker, cross stacker, down stacker and receiving\n\n High School Diploma or GED\n\nOne year of production or manufacturing experience\n\nAvailable to work flexible shifts which may be anytime during the 24 hour day, over and 7 days in the week\n\nAbility to stand, climb and walk on a continual basis throughout the shift\n\nAbility to lift from floor to above the head, and to carry materials weight up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis, and up to 75lbs. on an occasional basis throughout the work shift\n\nAt times, prolonged and frequent walking over short distances (\n\nAbility to balance on ladders and on top of platforms and equipment\n\nAbility to work in production environment with constant exposure to loud machinery and vibration exposure with the use of power tools\n\nAbility to work in extreme temperatures, both indoors and outdoors\n\nAbility to read and interpret production process materials, dough thermometer, gauges and record data\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nAdditional information\nAt Domino's, we are a brand of honesty, transparency and accountability and we want exceptional people like you to join our team!
