We are seeking an experienced and decisive General Manager to lead operations at our Muskegon location (3275 Henry St). In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing organizational culture. • Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth
• Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering professional development and creating a positive workplace culture
• Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and resource allocation
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership
