expectations\n **Required Qualifications:**\nProven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in food service or quick-service restaurant operations\nStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members\nDemonstrated proficiency in cost control, inventory management, and financial accountability\nExcellent mathematical skills including the ability to accurately handle cash, calculate change, and manage budgets\nProficiency with computer systems, POS (Point of Sale) software, and digital communication tools\nStrong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills\nExceptional customer service orientation with proven ability to build positive customer relationships\nAbility to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nSound judgment and decisive decision-making capabilities\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\nPrevious experience
