interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels\nProficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively\nAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced,
