This role balances inventory control responsibilities with order picking and replenishment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable operating powered industrial equipment.\nKey Responsibilities\nInventory Control\nReceive and process late arriving trucks.\nPerform daily inventory counts and cycle counts.\nResearch and resolve inventory discrepancies.\nComplete STO (Stock Transfer Order) transactions for inbound and outbound product.\nInvestigate inventory issues and partner with leadership to identify root causes and corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate inventory records within warehouse systems.\nWarehouse Operations\nPick customer orders accurately and efficiently during daily production.\nReplenish pick locations to ensure product availability.\nReplenish the cooler during scheduled picker break periods.\nSupport warehouse recovery efforts throughout the shift.\nEmpty the baler as needed while following all safety procedures.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nEquipment Operation\nSafely operate powered industrial equipment, including:Forklift\nElectric Pallet Rider\n\nPerform pre-shift equipment inspections.\nFollow all PIT safety procedures and company policies\nSuccess in This Role\nA successful ICL / Picker will:\nMaintain high inventory accuracy.\nResolve inventory issues proactively.\nSupport efficient picking and replenishment operations.\nWork safely while operating PIT equipment.\nDemonstrate flexibility by transitioning between inventory control, replenishment, and picking responsibilities based on business needs.\nCommunicate effectively with warehouse leadership and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.\n Previous warehouse experience preferred.\nExperience with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse inventory management.\nCertified or experienced operating forklifts and electric pallet riders.\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nBasic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems preferred.\nAbility to lift, push, pull, and move products safely throughout the shift.\n What you can expect from Domino’s:\nCompetitive pay\nCompetitive benefits -
