with Microsoft Office software\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members\nKnowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, GMP, or equivalent)\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to analyze data and prepare reports\nConflict resolution and problem-solving abilities\nFlexibility to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed\nWillingness to support a 24-hour operation and be on call when necessary\nAbility to pass a background check\nPhysical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift materials up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and work in varying environmental conditions\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\nDomino's multi unit supervisory experience\nSome college coursework or a 2-year college degree\nIndustry-specific certifications or training\nExperience with inventory management systems\nExperience with scheduling and resource planning software\nProven track record of implementing process improvements\nExperience in a fast-paced, diverse work environment\nBilingual
