The position operates with a high degree of independence, providing guidance to junior team members while ensuring successful project execution.\nResponsibilities\nManage and oversee technical delivery projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\nAnalyze and resolve moderately complex problems using functional expertise and organizational knowledge.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior employees to support their development and project contributions.\nCoordinate cross-functional collaboration to facilitate effective communication and project progress.\nMonitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.\nPrepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.\nJob Tasks\nDevelop detailed project plans and schedules.\nConduct regular project status meetings and update
