Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems using functional expertise. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior employees. Coordinate cross functional collaboration to facilitate delivery. Responsible for ensuring all steps in Company’s Agile-based SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) are executed. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Develop detailed project plans and schedules. Conduct regular project status meetings and update documentation. Analyze technical requirements and translate into actionable tasks. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot delivery issues. Track and report on project metrics and KPIs. Support resource planning and allocation. Develop support for production systems - troubleshooting/triage.\n Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field of study and 3 years of experience in Software Development.\nApplicants must have demonstrated experience with:\n1) 3 years of experience in full cycle software delivery as a business analyst, developer or quality expert.\n2) 3 years of experience using SDLC within methodologies including, Agile, DevOps Scrum, and Kanban.\n3) 2 years of experience working with technology third-party vendors.\n4) Participating in and leading solutions design in .Net and Visual Basic applications.\n5) Project management.\nAny and all experience may be gained concurrently.\n*Hybrid
