This role independently manages delivery activities, applies advanced knowledge of technical functions and organizational processes, and solves moderate to complex problems that may not have well-defined solutions and can affect business outcomes. The role also provides technical guidance and mentoring to project team members as needed.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage and oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, defined scope, deliverables, standards, and timelines.\nLead technical planning sessions and analyze moderate to complex technical challenges to develop practical solutions that meet business needs.\nCoordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to support seamless integration and delivery of technical solutions.\nMonitor project progress, proactively address risks and issues, and review technical work products for quality, completeness, and adherence to standards.\nCommunicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.\nProvide technical guidance, mentorship, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing to junior and less-experienced team members.\nDocument technical processes and lessons learned, support process improvements, and problems impacting business outcomes.\nExperience providing technical guidance and mentoring within project teams.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to address moderate to complex technical challenges.\nAdvanced knowledge of technical delivery methodologies and organizational processes.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.\nAbility to provide technical guidance and mentorship to less
