We also strive towards optimal responsible embedding in the local environment. Tuning the heat recovery systems to optimize for the community district heating systems and tuning the power systems to support and stabilize the local grid are critically important to deliver on our societal responsibilities.\nIn this role, you will maintain the infrastructure and ensure its reliability and performance. You will respond to incidents and support troubleshooting and resolution activities when issues arise.\nYou will also contribute to the architecture and design of next-generation systems, helping shape future infrastructure evolution. A key part of the role involves automating processes, integrating systems, and implementing ongoing improvements and optimizations.\nAs a part of the team, you will stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends, actively bringing new ideas. You will collaborate closely with other team members to evaluate and implement these improvements effectively.\nWhat You Have\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n\nAt least 6 years of experience as a Data Center Operations Engineer or in similar roles.\n\nCertification to work with MV/LV electrical systems (Medium Voltage / Low Voltage)\n\nCertifications (PES / PAV / PEI or equivalent, DCIS or equivalent)\n\nStrong understanding of data center operations and critical infrastructure environments\n\nSolid knowledge of industry standards, including ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems)\n\nHands-on experience with data center monitoring, control, and integration systems, including BMC for the IT hardware and related tools\n\nExperience with infrastructure monitoring and management protocols such as Redfish, SNMP, and MQTT\n\nWorking knowledge of Python for automation and integration tasks\n\nExperience with modern system integration frameworks and APIs (e.g. MCP or similar technologies)\n\nWho You Are\nA versatile engineer, comfortable operating in complex and fast-paced environments.\n\nDriven and fearless, you proactively tackle challenges and overcome obstacles with determination.\n\nA systems thinker, capable of understanding the broader architecture and identifying dependencies across platforms and technologies.\n\nA collaborative team player who is enthusiastic, curious, and passionate about problem-solving, thriving both independently and within cross-functional teams.\n\nAn effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.\n\nFluent in English and eager to contribute in a multicultural and international environment.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompensation: We offer a competitive base salary, as well as the opportunity to receive a variable bonus and company equity. The typical base salary for this role ranges between €50.000 and €70.000, based on experience. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
