Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.\nResponsibilities:\nReview and release outgoing quality inspection reports.\nUpload OQA/OBA/inspection data to customer databases accurately and on time.\nEnsure products and packaging meet customer specifications and quality requirements.\nMonitor final inspection activities and support shipment release processes.\nAnalyze quality issues, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions.\nConduct failure analysis for internal and customer-reported issues.\nSupport SPC implementation, cleanliness monitoring, and in-process quality control.\nPrepare quality reports and present inspection results to management.\nUtilize digital tools and data analytics to monitor quality performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.\nSupport automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives within Quality and Manufacturing processes.\nParticipate in cross-functional projects related to Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and AI-enabled quality systems.\nLeverage digital platforms and reporting tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and process effectiveness.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields.\nExperience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Manufacturing Environment.\nKnowledge of quality tools such as PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, GR&R, and 8D methodology.\nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills. \nProblem-solving skills.\nStrong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills\nGood command of English.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI, VBA, Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in Electronics, HDD, Data Storage, or High-Tech Manufacturing industries.\nExperience working with customer quality requirements and quality management systems (ISO 9001)\nKnowledge of Power BI, Python, VBA, SQL, or similar analytics tools.\nInterest in digital manufacturing and AI-enabled quality systems\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
