Working level meetings and management level meetings are needed separately.\nRisk management of projects, including risk identification, risk analysis, actions to mitigate the risk, keep monitoring the progress and new risks.\nLead Production Line Capacity and Capability improvements project based on lean production concept.\nLead plant cost reduction project to hit annual cost reduction goals. It includes tasks like identifying the opportunity, confirming the scope, managing the project. \nPartial working responsibilities of Industrial engineer of manufacturing line.\nOther responsibilities assigned by Engineering Manager.\nKey Qualifications & Requirements\nEducation Qualification: \nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.\nTechnical Competence & Skills:\nCertified PMP® or Prince2® is required.\nProficiency with common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, or equivalent) is required. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required\nA thorough understanding of quality tools such as PFMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flow chart is preferred\nLean manufacturing knowledge is preferred.\nLeadership Competence:\nResilience to working pressure\nLearning agility and result-oriented\nOpen and Proactive to challenges and difficulties\nDemonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills\nStrong sense of responsibility and work with closed-loop and PDCA approach\nRelevant Experience:\nMinimum 5 years of Project management experience in a manufacturing environment is Required.
