This is a 2nd shift on-site position, with hours from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.\nRole Responsibilities:\nRecognize and understand the operations and machines involved with the media process\nProduce media within acceptable quality and quantity standards as stated in the prints and/or route sheets\nPerform quality checks and tests as assigned\nFollow first piece and set-up sheets, Monitoring production rates\nComplete all applicable paperwork - scrap report, media usage sheet, media testing sheet, oil runs, etc.\nPerforms machine change over\nPerform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment\nComply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures\nUse all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required\nWhile this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Other duties may be assigned in order to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision and strategic plan objectives.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nExhibit mechanical aptitude\nEquipment such as gages, calipers, indicators, scales, and tape measures\nAbility to use computer and understand basic math principles\nAbility to lift up to 35 pounds from a squat level lift from the floor to the waist, a shoulder level lift to 60 inches at 35 pounds, a horizontal lift and carry for 10 feet, lift up to 50 pounds with the assistance of another employee\nA combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProblem solves efficiently and effectively\nWork effectively with limited supervision\nMaintain consistent high quality in work habits\nMaintain accurate records exhibiting attention to detail\nAdhere to safety procedures\nExhibit attention to detail\nReact to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned\nMaintain a pattern of regular and predictable attendance\nAbility to read and understand basic statistical process control principles, and be able to read and understand a blueprint\nHourly Rate: $27.44\nActual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.\nThis position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.\nEmployee benefits are part of the competitive total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc. provides to you.
