Role Responsibilities:
- Interpret assembly drawings and simple electrical schematics to build powered and non-powered filtration systems.
- Perform functional testing of powered filtration systems per customer specifications.
- Form and bend metal tubing and verify dimensions using measurement tools.
- Use basic hand tools, plumbing skills, and thread identification techniques during assembly.
- Operate PC, crane, forklift, and other powered industrial equipment.
- Inspect work for conformance, complete Shop Tags, and meet quality expectations.
- Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming material in real time.
- Follow standard work practices and SOPs to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Pack completed systems for shipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Comply with all EHS and PPE requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year of assembly experience.
- Flexibility and agility in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, work around loud machinery, and perform repetitive motion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Machining skills (lathe or mill) a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow complex drawings and work instructions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
