Partnering with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance teams to optimize assets, contracts, spending, and supplier relationships while identifying opportunities for efficiency and business value.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze IT software and asset utilization data to identify trends, optimize usage, and drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.\nMonitor and analyze vendor spending and expenditure patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize IT expenditures.\nDevelop forecasts, perform trend analysis, and assess supplier risks to support budgeting, procurement planning, and sourcing initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain vendor performance scorecards and KPIs to measure service quality, supplier performance, and business value.\nMonitor vendor and contract performance to identify improvement opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements (SLAs).\nMinimum Qualifications\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.\n2-3 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor Management, or a related field.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularlyMicrosoft Excel.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience withOracle ERP or similar ERP systems.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nHigh level of accuracy and analytical skills.\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
