This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.\nRole Responsibilities:\nSet up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications.\nSchedule and handle materials\nAssure compliance with print specifications.\nUtilize computer programming.\nMaintain a clean, organized work area.\nComplies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.\nUses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.\nWhile this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Other duties may be assigned to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision, and strategic plan objectives.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:\nHigh school diploma/GED\nFamiliarity with manufacturing process and inventory control practices strongly desired\nAbility to read blueprints and understand written and verbal instructions.\nKnowledge of general safety practices\nKnowledge of general metal material properties\nAbility to work with close tolerances.\nStrong mechanical ability and mathematical skills\nCommunicate effectively.\nPerform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.\nInteract constructively and effectively with all plant employees.\nAbility to work in a team environment toward a common goal.\nReacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.\nMaintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.\nability to listen, be trainable, retain information, follow all safety guidelines and protocols, and be self-motivated\nPreferred Qualifications:\nhave some press brake or sheet metal forming experience\nHourly Pay Range: $26.76\nThis position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.\nThis position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.\nEmployee benefits are part of the competitive total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc. provides to you.
