Responsibilities include operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.\n1st & 2nd Shifts Available\n1stShift Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM [Monday through Friday]\n2ndShift Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM [Monday through Friday]\nOT include Saturdays as needed.\nProbationary training may be required on 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM).\nPay Range: $22.22 to $23.30/hr. ($.45/hr. shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts)\nBenefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Prescription, 401k Retirement Plan, Health Savings Account, Life/ Critical Illness, 2 weeks paid vacation (prorated 1st year based on hire) and 13 paid holidays\nRoles Responsibilities:\nSet ups and operates various machines and equipment\nConduct required quality checks and completes required documentation (e.g.., scrap sheets, logs, data gathering, first/last piece inspection reports)\nPerforms required preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment, machine, and process problems.\nMay use hand and power tools to assemble products and package components.\nFollows verbal and written instructions, including blueprints, and uses computer for production-related tasks\nMay operate various material handling equipment such as power pallet jacks, lifts and packaging wrappers\nPerforms a variety of tasks/roles throughout the day, and rotates from positions as required\nParticipates in continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment using 6S principles\nRegular attendance and ability to work overtime\nWhile this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role.
