Strategic Sourcing & Cost Management\nDevelop and execute procurement strategies to support business objectives and ensure supply continuity.\nLead supplier selection, sourcing activities, and commercial negotiations to achieve best value, quality, and service.\nDrive cost-saving initiatives, productivity improvements, and total cost optimization.\n2. Supplier Performance & Risk Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring performance in quality, delivery, and cost.\nIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks through supplier development, alternative sourcing, and contingency planning.\nEnsure supplier compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and business requirements.\n3. Procurement Operations & Team Leadership\nOptimize inventory levels and purchasing processes to support operational efficiency and working capital targets.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Logistics.\nLead, coach, and develop the procurement team while driving continuous improvement and accountability.\nKey Qualifications & Requirements:\nEducation Qualification:\nBS/BA required; preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Management MBA a plus.\nTechnical Competence & Skills:\nProduct and commodity knowledge\nPurchasing\nContracts\nProduction Scheduling\nSupply Chain Management\nInventory Management\nMaterial Planning\nLeadership Competencs:\nPlanning and Organizational Skill\nNegotiation Skill\nManaging & Measuring work\nProcess management\nDelegation\nSolid judgement and decision-making skill\nRelevant Experience:\n8 years purchasing operations experience with international supply chain network\nKnowledge of coordinating all of the entities involved in a supply chain\nExperience in the strategic planning and product/service sourcing\nExperience of liaising with suppliers/contractor to achieve company objective at the most competitive price\nKnowledge of Disk drive commodities and able to bargain for the best price.\nOthers:\nGood command of English communication on both speaking and writing\nBe able to travel oversea\nCan work out of office hours\nWilling to take special assignment as needed.\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
