Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Quality, and suppliers, you will play a key role in bringing new products into production, improving existing processes, and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nRole Responsibilities\nRe-industrialize product modifications and changes for serial production.\nParticipate in customer proposal reviews and assess technical solutions and manufacturing feasibility.\nDefine and implement industrialization plans for new products, including PFMEA, process development, project costing, and drawing reviews.\nCreate and maintain manufacturing and testing work instructions, procedures, and routings.\nSpecify, monitor, and support the design of assembly tools and production fixtures.\nParticipate in the definition and validation of production testing processes, including test equipment specifications, test protocols, and ATP approval.\nTrain and support production teams in the use of manufacturing methods and production tools.\nMaintain routings, bills of materials, and manufacturing resources within the ERP system.\nSupport production teams in problem-solving activities using continuous improvement methodologies (QRQC, 5 Why, A3, etc.).\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, quality, ergonomics, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.\nTravel\nUp to 10% travel (if required).\nMinimum Qualifications\nEngineering degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or industrialization role within the aerospace and/or mechanical industry.\nProficiency with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\nProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as QRQC, Kaizen, 5S, and DMAIC.\nExperience working within a manufacturing environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of EN9100 / AS9100 quality standards.\nExperience using Oracle R12 ERP systems.\nExperience in low-volume, high-mix production environments.\nKnowledge of Oracle databases and VBA.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to change and innovation\nIngénieur Méthodes Industrialisation\nDonaldson recherche un(e) Ingénieur(e) Méthodes pour contribuer à l’industrialisation, à l’optimisation et à l’amélioration continue de ses procédés de fabrication.
