This role serves as a critical link between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure customer commitments are met while optimizing manufacturing capacity, inventory investment, and operational performance.\nQualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Anderson, IN facility.\nRole Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute master production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient utilization of manufacturing resources.\nAnalyze customer backlog, production capacity, material availability, and inventory levels to establish achievable production plans.\nAdjust schedules to accommodate changes in customer demand, material shortages, equipment downtime, and other operational disruptions.\nCommunicate scheduling changes, production priorities, and delivery impacts to internal stakeholders.\nLead clear-to-build meetings to ensure production readiness and alignment across departments.\nMonitor customer backlog, lead time adherence, and past-due orders to support customer service objectives.\nPartner with Shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.\nMonitor, analyze, and report key scheduling and delivery performance metrics.\nGenerate reports related to production plans, capacity utilization, inventory levels, and demand requirements.\nCollaborate with Engineering and Operations to maintain data integrity for bills of material, routings, lead times, and planning parameters while supporting lean and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.\nMinimum of five (5) years of Production Inventory Planning and Control experience in a manufacturing environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFive (5) or more years of leadership experience.\nAPICS certification.\nExperience implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement initiatives.\nExperience utilizing Oracle ERP systems.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing capacity planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.\nRelocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.\nImmigration Sponsorship Not Available:\nApplicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.).\nDonaldson will not offer immigration sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.\nInternational relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered.\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
