Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.\nRole Responsibilities:\nSafely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to transport materials throughout the facility.\nLoad and unload trailers, including UPS and air freight, ensuring proper handling and secure stacking of materials.\nPerform daily rack checks and validate inventory locations to maintain accurate stock levels.\nAssist with inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and location audits as needed.\nAccurately document material movements using scanners or manual logs in accordance with company procedures.\nCross-train in front dock shipping and receiving processes to provide coverage during absences or peak periods.\nCollaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to support manufacturing operations.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; perform 6S duties in assigned areas.\nReport any unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or material discrepancies to supervision promptly.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned by leadership.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nProficient in basic computer use, including data entry and inventory systems.\nReliable and punctual attendance is essential for success in this role.\nAbility to sit, stand, walk, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.\nCapable of lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.\nMust be able to perform a combination of sedentary and physically active tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nAble to read and write legibly and perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).\nMust be able to safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (certification may be required or provided).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrent or previous forklift certification.\nExperience operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.\nProficient in the use of hand-held RF (radio frequency) scanners for material movement and inventory tracking.\nFamiliarity with Oracle R12 or similar ERP systems for inventory transactions and material management.\nAbility to navigate Oracle applications to locate, move, and reconcile inventory data.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and material handling.\nImmigration Sponsorship Not Available:\nApplicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.).\nDonaldson will not offer immigration sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.\nInternational relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered.\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability and Veterans\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
