This is a 2nd shift on-site position, with hours from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.\nRole Responsibilities:\nRecognize and understand the operations and machines involved with the media pleating process\nRecognize and understand the functions and capabilities of the pleating fixtures. Performing preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment\nPleat media within acceptable quality and quantity standards as stated in the prints and/or route sheets\nPlan for production on shift in order to provide line with continuous and constant assemblies\nCoordinate work of the pleater crew and communicating effectively with crew members to correctly assemble product\nCommunicate effectively with material handlers to ensure correct media is supplied to the line in a timely manner\nPerform quality checks and tests as assigned, following first piece and set-up sheets. Completing all applicable paperwork (scrap report, media usage sheet, media testing sheet, oil runs, etc.)\nMonitor production on line by noting variation of production rates between pleater and potting and notifying the Team Leader when variation causes pleater rate to decrease\nComply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures. Using all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required\nWhile this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role.
