Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.\nRole Responsibilities\nDefine and drive enterprise OT security architecture and standards\nLead large-scale OT security initiatives (segmentation, monitoring, secure remote access)\nEstablish OT cybersecurity policies aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, and regulatory requirements\nPartner with manufacturing, distribution, engineering, and leadership to align security with uptime and resilience goals\nLead remediation of high-impact security risks and vulnerabilities\nRepresenting OT security in audits and executive discussions\nInfluence long-term strategy, roadmap planning, and maturity improvements\nTravel: Up to 20%\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree and 8+ years of cybersecurity experience OR a high school diploma/GED and 12+ years of cybersecurity experience\nSignificant OT/ICS experience\nDeep expertise in industrial cybersecurity architecture and risk management\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading enterprise OT security programs in global manufacturing environments\nProven track record working with executive leadership and driving strategic initiatives\nDeep experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, TISAX, CMMC)\nExperience with OT security tools (Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, etc.)\nExperience leveraging AI tools to improve the effectiveness of a security tool or mechanism\nExecutive-level communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of articulating technical topics to a wide range of stakeholders to drive understanding and alignment\nPreferred Certifications\nCISSP\nCISM or CRISC\nGICSP\nSANS ICS certifications (e.g., GRID, GCIP)\nAnnual Salary Range: $111,840-$139,800.
