We are looking for a Production Supervisor to support manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead high-performing teams within a dynamic production environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead daily production management activities to ensure operational continuity, safety, quality, and productivity goals.\nApply and promote the Donaldson Manufacturing System across the operation.\nMonitor, analyze, and ensure compliance with operational KPIs.\nUtilize PDCA methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for deviations.\nDevelop and implement tactical production plans aligned with operational objectives.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and standardized work implementation.\nCoordinate shop floor activities while ensuring compliance with production and quality standards.\nLead personnel development, coaching, and training initiatives for production teams.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing processes\nExperience managing production personnel and shop floor operations, with strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.\nKnowledge of waste analysis and process optimization.\nExperience in staff training and development.\nFamiliarity with shop floor management systems and production control documentation.\nStrong experience in process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.\nBasic knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.\nIntermediate English proficiency.\nAvailability to work rotating shifts.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF standards\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
