Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.\n\nJob Description\nHours of Work:\n 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM (overtime: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM)\nRole Responsibilities\nReprints pick list when necessary and adjust accordingly\nLooks up backup locations via WMS\nProcesses pack detail for various products/orders\nMaintains files for all documents created (i.e. wave reports, monthly reviews, etc.)\nRun and distribute daily reports to staff when necessary\nProvides administrative support for department as needed as well as performs special projects as assigned by supervisor\nProvide work to floor in a timely manner\nFix allocation issues and adjust inventory\nLock, cancel, and release systematic tasks when needed\nPrioritizing importance of different customer orders\nPerform incoming inspections as required\nRebox, Returns and Rework if needed\nComplies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures\nUses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.\nMinimum Qualifications\nWork with limited supervision\nMust be able to read and write\nBe able to complete basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)\nMust be able to communicate with written and verbal skills\nMust be capable of light to heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)\nStrong planning and organizational skills\nStrong decision-making and problem-solving ability\nBe able to work overtime as needed\nOperation and maintenance of various types of office equipment, such as fax machine and copier\nProficient in data entry and documentation maintenance.\nMust be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint) and the internet\nMust be proficient with WMS and Execution Dashboard\nMust be proficient in multi-tasking duties\nMust be able to operate all power industrial equipment\nShould be proficient with RF and Voice picking\nShould be proficient with Oracle\nMust be able to work in Oracle Browsers\nHigh School diploma preferred\nMust be capable of reading and interpreting blue prints\nMust be proficient in using measurement tools including but not limited to a tape measure and caliper\nKeywords:Quality, Audit, Distribution Center, VAS Requirements, Errors\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability and Veterans\nFooter in Workday Auto-Populated on All US Job Postings: Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
