Through real-world projects, mentorship, and development opportunities, we aim to support career growth and build a talent pipeline aligned with our values and goals.\nQualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Dixon, IL facility.\nRole Responsibilities:\nConduct APQP: Risk Identification (FMEA)\nConduct Risk Elimination (Quality Control plan)\nConduct ISIR approvals and other PPAP functions\nResponsible for Product Yield: Defect Management (Closing; Actions; Scrap; Code Red; Analysis etc)\nConduct Layered Audits\nConduct process audits and Product Audits\nProvide Inspector guidance\nResponsible for rework process design\nEnsure monthly reports are compiled and submitted\nResponsible for problem-solving within Quality\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrently enrolled undergraduate in an accredited degreed program pursuing a major in engineering or business administration.\nMust be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee) as this position requires use of information which is subject to export controls.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.\nInterest in pursuing a career in manufacturing, quality, engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA.\nRelocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.\nHourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - 28.00 , depending on projected undergraduate graduation date, educational degree in progress and major of study upon time of hire.\nThis position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.\nEmployee benefits are part of the total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc. provides to you.
