Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.\nRole Responsibilities:\nAddress pick location issues per issue cards and supervisor direction.\nPerform pack back and consolidations per daily reports.\nRun browser-based reports to identify duplication and inventory aging issues.\nRectify insufficient or incorrect inventory in picking (non-task-related backups).\nEnsure corrective actions are taken for problematic locations.\nCollaborate with the IR department to cycle count questionable locations.\nResearch causes of incorrect inventory locations and provide findings to supervisors.\nComply with DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures.\nUse all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support Donaldson’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.\nAbility to work independently with limited supervision.\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively (verbal and written).\nExceptional math skills.\nStrong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.\nAbility to perform light to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).\nWillingness to work overtime as needed.\nAbility to operate and maintain various office equipment (fax, copier, etc.).\nProficiency in data entry and documentation maintenance.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and internet navigation.\nProficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), user interface, and RF scanning.\nAbility to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to operate all power industrial equipment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious warehouse quality auditing or inventory control experience.\nStrong problem-solving ability with a focus on root cause analysis.\nProven track record of maintaining inventory accuracy and slotting integrity.\nKeywords: Quality Auditor, Pack Back, Inventory Control, Warehouse Associate, RF Scanner, WMS, Power Industrial Equipment, Slotting Integrity, Cycle Counting\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability and Veterans\nFooter in Workday Auto-Populated on All US Job Postings: Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
