We are currently seeking a Sales Representative II to join our Process Filtration team.\nThis position is ideal for an individual who is customer-focused and results-driven, with an interest in building a long-term career in sales. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, developing customer relationships, and driving aftermarket sales growth in alignment with Donaldson’s business objectives. Qualified candidates must be able to work a remote schedule and must reside within Quebec or Ontario.\nRole Responsibilities:\nManage and grow Sales within assigned customer accounts.\nDevelop and maintain knowledge of filtration technologies, applications, and equipment operations to effectively support customer needs and promote repeat business.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.\nExecute follow-up activities including mailings, filter testing coordination, report preparation, and customer support.\nIdentify and pursue additional sales opportunities, including those related to non-Donaldson equipment.\nTravel: Up to 30%\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.\nFluency in English and French.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.\nDemonstrated motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.\nStrong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nCommitment to continuous learning and professional development.\nRelocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.\nImmigration Sponsorship Not Available:\nApplicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for current or future sponsorship\nDonaldson will not offer immigration sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.\nInternational relocation or remote work arrangements outside of Canada will not be considered. \nEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability and Veterans\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
