Responsibilities may include leading more technical or specialized applications, products or projects, researching market/technical trends, and coordinating larger and cross-functional projects.\n\nWorks to achieve program, functional, and/or business targets within the team with direct impact on departmental results\n\nEstablished professional; works under limited supervision\n\nWorks independently on moderately complex projects/assignments and sets objectives or goals of projects and assignments within the team\n\nTypically performs within the department and has scope impact or insights across groups\n\nCommunicates with employees both within and outside of the department on matters that require explanation, interpretation, and/or advising; may communicate with external clients or partners depending upon the job function/organization\n\nInfluences employees within the department at a program/process level regarding concepts or practices and some advice on approaches\n\nResponsible for making moderate improvements of programs, processes, procedures, or systems to contribute to the performance of the team\n\nProblems faced are difficult and mildly complex and typically impact a single organization, department or multiple teams\n\nProvides assistance and training to lower-level employees\n\nMay lead significant parts of moderately complex projects or processes\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering.\n\nMinimum 5 years related professional engineering experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster's Degree in technical field.\n\nDemonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage through competing projects and priorities efficiently with strong attention to detail.\n\nStrong presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels including other engineers and/or manufacturing.\n\nLeading projects or project management\n\nLean or six sigma experience\n\nAerospace knowledge/experience.\n\nIndustrial or machine automation experience\n\nExperience with FEA, preferably ANSYS software program.\n\nAnnual Salary Range: $86,200 - $125,580.
