Develop investigation efforts & mitigation strategies\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance\nCollaborate cross-functionally to improve plant security posture\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n5+ years of cybersecurity experience with OT/ICS exposure\nStrong knowledge of industrial networks, security architecture, and risk management\nExecutive-level communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of articulating technical topics to a wide range of stakeholders to drive understanding and alignment\n Preferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated experience in OT security architecture and network segmentation\nExperience supporting audits (ISO 27001, TISAX, CMMC, or similar)\nExperience with OT security tools (Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, etc.)\nExperience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure..)\nExperience leveraging AI tools to improve the effectiveness of a security tool or mechanism\nStrong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills\nAble to interface with all levels of IT and partnering departments and teams\nPreferred Certifications\nGICSP\nCISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)\nCISM (Certified Information Security Manager)\nDeep experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, TISAX, CMMC)\nEnsure compliance with NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, ISA/IEC standards\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
