In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, facilitate Lean Manufacturing methodologies, and drive operational excellence through Kaizen events, process optimization, and the Donaldson Production System (DPS). Your contribution will directly impact safety, productivity, quality, cost reduction, and overall plant performance.
