Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.\nThe Operations Development Specialist (ODS) is part of Donaldson’s three-year Operations Leadership Development Program, designed for recent graduates who want to accelerate their careers in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain while developing the capabilities to become future operations leaders.\nThroughout the program, participants will complete rotational assignments and high-impact projects across different areas of Operations, such as Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Continuous Improvement. These experiences are designed to build a strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes, while developing leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nInitial rotations will be based at Donaldson locations in Aguascalientes or León, Mexico, with the potential for future assignments at other Donaldson locations in Mexico, including Monterrey, based on business needs. Full geographic mobility throughout the three-year program is required.\nAs participants progress through the program, they will take on increasing levels of responsibility and leadership exposure, including opportunities to lead projects, collaborate across functions, and contribute to key operational priorities such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.\nBy the end of the program, participants will have developed cross-functional Operations expertise, leadership capabilities, and continuous improvement knowledge, including Belt certification(s), providing a strong foundation for future leadership opportunities within Donaldson.\nMinimum Qualifications\nCompleted Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or related Engineering fields; Supply Chain Management; Operations Management; Business; or a related field.\nRecent graduate interested in building a long-term career in Operations and leadership.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nFull geographic mobility within Mexico and willingness to relocate throughout the three-year program.\nDemonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and willingness to take on new challenges.\nStrong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nInterest in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nPreferred Qualifications\nLeadership experience through university projects, student organizations, extracurricular activities, volunteering, sports, internships, or similar experiences.\nExposure to manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or continuous improvement environments is a plus.\nPrevious professional experience is not required.
