You will be responsible for driving team performance, meeting production goals, promoting Lean Manufacturing, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while developing your team.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and develop production associates across one or more manufacturing lines.\n\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards.\n\nEnsure production schedules are achieved while meeting customer delivery commitments.\n\nDrive product quality by ensuring compliance with manufacturing and quality standards.\n\nMonitor and improve key manufacturing metrics including productivity, efficiency, scrap, and labor utilization.\n\nSupport Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Gemba, waste elimination, and continuous improvement projects.\n\nCoordinate staffing, attendance, training, and employee development activities.\n\nCoach team members, provide performance feedback, and promote employee engagement.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and Human Resources to achieve operational goals.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience leading hourly production teams.\n\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments.\n\nKnowledge of:\nIATF 16949\n\nISO 14001\n\nIndustrial safety standards\n\nOEE, Hour-by-Hour Boards, Andon systems\n\nSAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems\n\nCore Tools (SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, APQP)\n\nExperience with employee training and skills certification programs.\n\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
