Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.\nKey Accountabilities\nShop Floor Management, Oversee daily shift production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with production schedules.\nManpower Planning.\nTo maintain a proper ratio of trained and untrained employees Improvement in FTF (First Test Failure) at different stages of production\nTo collect and analyze rejection data.\nTraining of New Operator.\nSkill Matrix Preparation For Operator.\nTo keep inventory control in the shop floor.\nLead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times.\nAchieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.\nEnsuring the KPIs are monitored and targets achieved.\nDrive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance.\nEnsure safe working practices are maintained and 'Standard Operations' adherence.\nMotivate the team to create a high-performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced.\nCoordinate with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation to ensure delivery of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications\nCommunicate with the teams by utilizing visual management, delivering shift briefs with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement\nEducation Qualification:\nB.Tech. / B.E. in Any Specialization\nTechnical Competence & Skills:\nManufacturing Processes: Deep understanding of production workflows, machinery, and materials used as per standard and BOM.\n Lean manufacturing: Knowledge of Lean principles, such as Kaizen, 5S, and Just-In-Time (JIT), helps identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.\nProblem-Solving: Quick decision-making under pressure, especially during equipment failures or production delays.\nEquipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience with machinery, production lines, and automation systems. Ability to diagnose and identify root causes to resolve mechanical or electrical issues.\n Safety & Compliance: Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA), and environmental guidelines.\nLeadership Competence:\nSupervise and train production operator , ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational best practices.\nFoster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement among production teams.\nRelevant Experience:\n8-10 years of experience in filter manufacturing and production management.\nOthers (% of travel, language, etc.):\nHindi ( Read ,write )\n English ( Read, write )\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
