Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.\nJob Summary\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring workflows run smoothly and efficiently.\nManage and lead warehouse staff: assign daily tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct training to build a capable and motivated team.\nEnsure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and the annual physical inventory; maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in Oracle.\nMonitor stock movement, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory issues in a timely manner.\nEnforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, tidy, and organized warehouse working environment that meets company and regulatory standards.\nCoordinate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to support and meet delivery schedules.\nConduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and arrange preventive maintenance as required.\nHandle incoming customers and internal queries related to warehouse operations and shipments, ensuring timely and professional responses.\nQualifications & Requirements\nEducation:\nDiploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience:\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.\nAt least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.\nHands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, for inventory management.\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.\nSolid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and cycle count / physical inventory processes.\nKnowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices (e.g., OSHA or local equivalents).\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across functions.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nValid forklift operator certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).\nLanguage:\nBasic reading and writing skills (no English proficiency required).\nKey Competencies\nLeadership & Team Development\nAccountability & Ownership\nAttention to Detail\nProblem Solving & Decision Making\nCross-functional Collaboration\nSafety Awareness\nWorking Conditions\nWarehouse environment; requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting.\nOccasional overtime or shift work may be required to meet delivery deadlines.\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
